Hello Mr. Johnson, we have conducted a thorough evaluation of the machine through detailed physical inspection (including full bottom cover removal), power tests, and observation of behavior to understand exactly where and why it’s failing.

Summary of the Issue

Your Lenovo Yoga 7 14ITL5 briefly powers on (fan spins, charging light flashes, and we saw the Lenovo logo on screen once during testing), but then shuts off shortly afterward. 

The power button is completely recessed/stuck with no travel when pressed. 

The Novo button also does not respond.

Our Diagnosis

Based on the consistent failure pattern, the physical damage from the drop, chassis flex around the power button area, and extensive knowledge of common issues with this specific Lenovo Yoga 7 14ITL5 model, here are the most likely causes:
